What are the different payment methods?
You can pay with us with iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Sofort & PayPal.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Do you need a commercial invoice for your order? Send an email with order number to web@zenzahome.com. We will then send you an invoice.
The product I have already bought now has a lower price in the webshop, can I get the difference back?
All our discounts and promotions are only applied to products purchased during the promotional period. Sometimes you are lucky, and sometimes you are just unlucky. Unfortunately we cannot pay the difference in price in this case. We advise you to become a member of our newsletter (see footer), so you are always aware of the latest promotions!
Can I order a gift card from you?
Certainly! A very nice gift idea. We have beautiful paper gift cards that we can send you, and you can choose the amount. You can find them here.
