How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive your package within 1-3 working days. For other countries, you can expect delivery in approximately 3-7 days.
Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. It may take a little longer for your package to arrive due to busy times at the shipping company. Of course, we do our best to deliver your beautiful purchases as quickly as possible!

Can I choose a date and time slot for the delivery of my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a date and time slot when placing your order. We work with a small dedicated team and will ship your order as quickly as we can!
PS: Are you placing a large order with multiple products at once? Or are you ordering one of our largest lamps? These will be shipped on a pallet via Dachser, and you can choose your own date and time slot. They will call you to schedule an appointment.
What are your shipping methods?
We have two shipping methods, depending on the size of your order. All “normal” packages are shipped via UPS, which we have chosen for their good service. Are you ordering a large number of products or one of our largest lamps? Then your order will be shipped via Dachser on a pallet. The cost for this is, of course, higher than for regular packages.
My order is taking a long time to arrive, what can I do?
Is it taking longer than four working days for your package to arrive (Netherlands)? We always advise checking the tracking information of your package.
If it hasn’t been marked as shipped, we are still preparing your order for dispatch. If your package has been in the sorting process for a while, please send us an email at web@zenzahome.com with your order number.
If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received anything yet, please check your mailbox for a note with information from the courier.
What happens to my order if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
Of course, it can happen that you are not home during the delivery. UPS will leave a note in your mailbox with information on how to retrieve your package. The package may be left with a neighbor, or they will attempt delivery again the next day. If it is still undelivered after two attempts, your package will be taken to a nearby UPS point.
If your order is shipped via Dachser, they work by appointment, so it’s important to be home at the agreed time. If this is not possible, please contact them as soon as possible.
Can I have my package delivered to someone else?
Of course! If you want your package delivered to someone else, fill in your own address under the billing address in the checkout, and under ‘shipping address’ the address of the recipient. We will send the tracking code to you so you can track when it arrives.
