To which countries do you ship?
In a nutshell: we ship our Zenza products to all countries.
Non-EU countries can also place an order; our customer service will then contact you regarding the shipping.

When is shipping free?
If you are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, or France and place an order over €100, shipping is free!

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country and also depend on the size of your package! The most accurate information can be obtained by adding the product you are interested in to your shopping cart and proceeding through the initial steps of the checkout process.

(Note: In Switzerland and Norway, you pay import duties on your purchase. These costs vary each time, and unfortunately, we cannot specify the amount.)

Why are my shipping costs €30 or more?
If your shipping costs exceed €30, you likely ordered a large product or multiple (large) products at once! These are shipped on a mini pallet or Euro pallet by Dachser, which incurs higher costs compared to smaller packages. As a rough guideline, products wider than 70cm fall into the more expensive shipping category.
