What are the different payment methods?
You can pay with iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, and PayPal.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Do you need a commercial invoice for your order? Please send an email with your order number to web@zenzahome.com, and we will send you an invoice.

The product I purchased is now offered at a lower price in the webshop, can I get a refund for the difference?
All our discounts and promotions are only applied to products purchased during the promotional period. Sometimes you're lucky, and sometimes you're not. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price difference in this case. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter (see footer) to stay updated on the latest promotions!

Can I order a gift card from you?
Certainly! A great gift idea. We have beautiful paper gift cards that we can send to you, and you can choose the amount. You can find them here.
Is the right amount not listed? Email us at web@zenzahome.com to request one.

What happens if I lose my gift card or if it is stolen?
A gift card is like cash, so handle it with care. We are not liable in the event of loss, theft, or damage to gift cards.
