Can I still cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and changed your mind, contact us by phone during office hours within 2 hours of placing your order. You can reach us at: 088 101 6888.
If your package has already been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order. However, you can still return the package as usual.
What should I do if I receive a defective product, the wrong product, or an incomplete package?
We apologize for the inconvenience! If you receive a damaged product, a different product than you ordered, or an incomplete delivery, contact us immediately at web@zenzahome.com. We will send you a shipping label so the product can be returned at our expense.
Please include the following in your email:
Something went wrong while completing my order, what should I do?
1. If your payment method is not accepted, close your browser on your computer or mobile device and restart it. Place the product back in your shopping cart and see if it works now. It might work this time.
2. If your browser has been open for a while, someone else might have purchased the last item. Refresh your page (using 'control + r' or 'command + r') to check if the product is still available.

I did not receive an order confirmation, how do I know if my order was successful?
If you did not receive an email, not even in your spam folder, please contact us at web@zenzahome.com.
Is it possible to have my order gift-wrapped?
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. If there is enough demand, we will definitely consider adding this option :)
