How can I return my order?
It can happen that you are not completely satisfied with your order. Fortunately, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Follow these steps:

1. Register your return
Log in to your account page. Then go to “My Orders” and click on the product you want to return. Here you will find the link to register your product for return.

2. Pack the product
Return the product in its original packaging. Make sure to seal the box properly with tape.

3. Send the package
Send the package back using your chosen courier or post office. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. If the return concerns a defect or service issue and is handled within the visibility period, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund
We will do our best to process your return within 14 days of receipt!

Important: Keep the shipping receipt of your return shipment. If the return package gets lost, it is not our responsibility. If you have any questions, we are happy to help! Please contact us via our contact page or send an email to web@zenzahome.com.

If I return something, what about the shipping costs?
Good question!

  • If you return the entire order: You will receive a refund of the total purchase amount including the shipping costs already paid to us.
    Please note: If you return an order from outside the EU, we do not refund the shipping costs paid to us.
  • If you return part of the order: The shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable.
  • If a product is delivered faulty or defective: You will receive a refund of the total purchase amount including ALL shipping costs paid to us (both to and from us).

Order outside the EU
If an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, customs duties may need to be paid. Zenza has no control over customs duties. For questions regarding this, we advise you to consult the customs office of the destination country.

Returning Furniture
Furniture shipped on a pallet must also be returned on a pallet. Please note that a fee of €50 will be charged for returning furniture.

I haven’t received my money yet. Has my return been received?
It can indeed take some time. A return package arrives at our distribution center, and then they process it in their records. We then receive a notification that your return has been processed and that we can initiate a refund.

Within 2 weeks of receiving your package, you will receive a confirmation from us that your return has been processed and a refund has been initiated!

Is it possible to exchange my items instead of receiving a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. If you want to receive a new item, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order at www.zenzahome.com

Can I return sale items?
Did you buy sale items via the webshop? Good news: you always have the option to return your items within 14 days of receipt, whether they were purchased on sale or not.
